Northville Stallions
The Northville Stallions are one of twelve teams that make up the Western Lakes Junior Football League (WLJFL), as well as teams from Livonia, Garden City, Northville, Novi, Walled Lake and Rochester. The Northville Stallions were formed in 2007 out of expansion of the Northville Colts to serve the growing demand for youth football in Northville. In 2012, the Stallions will have a flag football team, and three tackle football teams (Freshman, Junior Varsity and Varsity). Teams are made up of players according to age; with August 1st being the cut off. For example, if a player turns 15 on August 1st, they are eligible to play. If a player turns 15 on July 31st, they are not eligible to play.
